Job Description

  • Coordinate with HDFC Ltd group for Loans Applications being confronted if some time logging into a document.  Make sure calling leads obtained from Customers being managed, references received by existing clients.
  • Make sure calling on chance bases.
  • Wherever required, personally meet clients – Specially HNW clients.
  • Minimum 10 clients to be fulfilled personally and client interaction to be upgraded in CRM following a month.
  • Initiate for actions for direct lead generation.
  • Organize for training at channels on direct lead sourcing, caliber, provide feed-back on prospects generated in order to guarantee quality of direct production enhances and general LG into LC ratio enhances Achieve Disbursal targets on worth and Nos Quantitative: Annual disbursal unit targets Minimum 324 Units Disbursal target value is delegated foundation grid City Grade & Category.
  • Drive calling all SUD instances.
  • Coordination with client and HDFC  Credit & Operation Team on Post Sanction Documents Resolution.
  •  For sensitive / HNW instances coordination with client and HDFC Ltd as if of HDFC Ltd, the client is mandatorily required     to pay a visit to HDFC Ltd office to finish the disbursal formalities.
  • Qualitative: To stick to the branch sales procedure, 100 percent updation of goal branches of MOM in Cogent, Minimum 10 Client interactions to be upgraded in Cogent.
  • Attend branch scrum meetings, review results created,     share feed-back about the direct quality and total LG LC ratio.
  •  Conduct product trainings, upgrade on speed revisions, merchandise offers etc..
  • For DSA channel: guarantee constant channel involvement,  training, upgrade on product characteristics and provides to boost lead generation and total business enterprise.
  • Make sure client is briefed about the policy details to prevent mis-sell and miscommunication.
  • Make sure periodic training for the Revenue Team is carried out by  Insurance groups.
  • Push calling all clients – External Clients because of opening and Internal clients for references such as CASA and CC  cross market.
  • Branch goals – Quantitative: YTD division tgt  success # Branches meeting goals as 80 percent – To stick to the division sales  process, 100 percent updation of goal divisions of MOM in Cogent, Minimum 10     Client interactions to be upgraded in Cogent.
  • Engage with divisions such as actions at catchment  areas, division managed corporates Push HBL Productivity Quantitative:
  • Conduct joint visits – Inspection team dimensions, hiring, coaching of Revenue executives.  Organize for actions in divisions, branch catchment  region, branch controlled corporates.
