Experience: 5-12 years (Proven working experience in a relevant field)
Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM
Language: English, Hindi, Local Language Preferred
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Vacant area Mapping
- Attending business meets after paper ads & accelerate the business
- Assist in New launches.
- Address issue if any
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Skills: Desired Candidate Profile
- Exposure to brand management, a distinct advantage
- Experience in similar industry and in‐depth product knowledge
- Good working knowledge of computers
